Privacy Policy — Smitten by Smite!

This Privacy Policy explains how Smitten by Smite! (“the App”), a mobile game published by jontyware (“we”, “us”), handles information. The short version: the App does not require an account and does not collect personal information about you.

Information we do not collect

The App has no sign-in, no user accounts, and no user profiles. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, photos, or any other personal information. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, and we do not track you across apps or websites.

Information stored on your device

Your game settings, scores, and match history are saved locally on your device only. This data never leaves your phone and is not accessible to us. Deleting the App removes it.

Software updates

The App uses Expo’s over-the-air update service (u.expo.dev) to deliver bug fixes and improvements. When the App checks for an update it sends standard technical details required to serve the correct update — such as the app version, runtime version, and device platform (iOS/Android). This does not include personal identifiers and is not used to profile or track you.

Permissions

• Vibration — used only for in-game haptic feedback on impacts (can be turned off in Settings).
• Internet — used only to check for the software updates described above. The App is fully playable offline.

Children’s privacy

The App is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Data sharing and sale

We do not sell, rent, or share any data, because we do not collect any personal data to begin with.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and post the revised policy at this address.
